Ayurveda reveals the person behind the symptoms
Ayurveda helps me understand how a person digests, regenerates and responds to physical and emotional strain. Constitution, present imbalance, Agni, sleep, stress and stage of life create a deeply personal picture. This traditional knowledge forms the foundation of my work because it asks not only what may be missing, but also why a person has moved out of balance.
Micronutrients can make supply visible
At the same time, I see in practice that even a thoughtful diet does not always close every nutritional gap. Life stage, medication, digestive difficulties, chronic stress and an increased individual need may all play a role. Laboratory values allow me to look more closely rather than supplementing only by intuition. Iron, vitamin B12, vitamin D, magnesium, zinc, selenium, omega-3 fatty acids and other nutrients can then be considered in the context of the individual person.
Traditional herbal combinations and modern nutrients
In my many years of practice, I have had very good experiences combining selected traditional Ayurvedic herbal formulas with targeted micronutrients. I choose herbs according to the overall Ayurvedic picture, while micronutrients are considered in relation to diet, symptoms, stage of life and available laboratory findings. To me, these two levels complement one another in a very natural and meaningful way.
More is not automatically better
I do not believe in taking a random collection of supplements. Quality, dosage, tolerance and actual need are what matter. Interactions with medication and the timing between different products also deserve attention. A good recommendation should be understandable, manageable and realistic enough to fit into a person’s everyday life.
How I work
I do not want to set traditional knowledge against modern diagnostics. Both can help us look more precisely and more humanely. Ayurveda gives me the map of the person; laboratory findings can illuminate individual areas in greater detail. From this combination, an approach emerges that is deeply rooted, individual and relevant to modern life.
