From practice to formula
In Ayurveda, Agni means far more than digestion. It describes the organism’s ability to absorb, process and meaningfully integrate food, impressions and experiences.
My daily work with patients inspired the idea of a contemporary botanical composition that reflects the traditional Ayurvedic understanding of Agni while meeting high standards of purity and quality.
Together with Sunday Natural, I developed Agni Ayurveda Botanicals: a balanced Tridosha formula with warming and gently cooling botanicals.
The composition
Black salt, cumin, coriander, ginger, black pepper, cardamom, fennel and Ceylon cinnamon.
Mangosteen and pomegranate complement the classic spice blend with standardized plant compounds.
Warming and gently cooling qualities are harmoniously combined according to Ayurvedic principles.
Vegan, laboratory-tested and without unnecessary additives – packaged in protective amber glass.
